ORDERS
All Agnes.design items are made to order and ship within 14 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
For rush orders, please contact hello@agnes.design before your purchase and we will advise if we can expedite your order.
AVAILABLE ITEMS:
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:
Each jewelry item is made-to-order at our studio. After placing your order, please allow up to 10 business days for our studio to make your selected pieces and have them ready for shipment.
Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are ready for the shipment.
In order to better serve you, we offer you the possibility to pre-order selected items that are not available at the time of your order. An estimated date of delivery is given to you when you place the order. A pre-order will not be processed until we have received your confirmation to the delivery date and the full payment of your order.
All Agnes.design orders are made in Italy.

Agnes.design ships worldwide using UPS express, DHL, Bartolini DPD and TNT.
We offer different shipping options to meet your needs, as listed below.

SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic Orders
Orders to Italy addresses are shipped with tracking and insurance.
Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following Italian holidays:

International Orders
International orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
Agnes.design is not responsible for any import fees, duties and taxes incurred on internationally shipped orders. Any such charges are the full responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping restrictions
Agnes.design ships orders Monday—Friday, excluding holidays.
Agnes.design is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Estimated transit time after dispatch 3-10 business days.
agnes.design cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of agnes.design
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation will be sent by email once your order is received. A shipment confirmation with tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Important Notice
– We are unable to redirect deliveries once they have been dispatched.
– Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. They do not take into account delays caused by local customs, stormy weather and local holidays.
RETURNS POLICY
Stock Items
We offer the possibility to return articles purchased on the agnes.design online store, without need of justification, for up to 10 working days, i.e. excluding weekend and holidays, after the date of receipt of your order. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Customer Relations by using the CONTACT US.
Returned item(s) must not have been worn and must not show any signs of use. You may return items in their original packaging, to ensure that they are adequately protected in shipment, with the copy of the RA notification appended, to the address indicated on the RA notification.
If you do not obtain a Return Authorization Number, your package will not be accepted. Please ship your return using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Agnes.design does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship, or responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. Please keep the tracking details for your records. Upon receipt of return, Agnes.design credit will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted.
Reimbursement of the returned item’s price, excluding shipping costs**, will be made by crediting your Paypal account within thirty days of reception of the returned items.
Items that are returned used, incomplete, spoilt, damaged, dirty or otherwise deteriorated shall not be accepted for full reimbursement and may be sent back to the customer.
Agnes.design is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, unusual handling, usage or treatment.

For made to order items, all sales are final.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances when Agnes.design issues refunds, refunds will be made using the original form of payment.
PRODUCT CARE
All Agnes.design jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling and care in use. Agnes.design recommends that you do not wear your jewelry in bed or when swimming, or expose your jewelry to bleach or chorine.
Recommended care for Agnes.design Sterling silver jewellery
All silver naturally tarnishes. To remove tarnish, polish with a soft jewelry cloth.
Recommended care for Agnes.design plated jewellery
Clean with mild soap and hot water only. Rinse and dry immediately with a clean, non-abrasive cloth.
Do not polish or use jewelry cleaning chemicals, as they will damage the integrity and appearance of the plating finish.
REPAIRS
Returns for Repair
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. The repair of faulty goods is offered free of charge.
For any return for refurbishing or repair, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by using the CONTACT US form on our site. We may not be able to process unidentified returns and they may be returned to the sender.
